Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled after successful payment and license generation. If payment fails or is not completed, no order is created.
Duplicate or Failed Payments
If your bank or payment app shows a debit but the website does not generate a license, contact support with your payment ID, name, email, amount, and screenshot. Verified duplicate or failed-payment cases will be checked and handled as per Razorpay settlement status.
